When my Mother's house did not sell using the first realtor we had, we received a call from Marjory and she was professional and was 100% confident that she could sell the house. Almost immediately she had people interested in the house and even had some offers. We had a few things to repair and when those deals fell through, Marjory was calm and still as positive as ever. We then had an issue where a water pipe busted during the cold weather, and since the house was vacant, the water ran for a week before it was discovered. Luckily the house was insured, but set us back on a sale. Again, Marjory was calm and positive about it. She even still had a buyer interested before repairs were complete.
